- 2 dz large eggs hard boiled(cooled, peeled, cut in half and yokes separted)
- celery hearts
- green onions
- very little bell pepper
- powdered cumin
- wasabi mayo
- salt and pepper
- 1 package cream cheese
- With yokes of boiled eggs add the rest of the ingredients to a food processor for easier "piping" mixture in eggs later.
- Pipe mixture in half eggs, garnish.
- I used a lovely lava black hawaiian salt and paprika.
NotesI make deviled eggs in so many different ways, these are from my Rib Fest this year. The cream cheese was a fluke due to my egg mixture being a little to runny and wanted something to stiffen the mixture up a bit.
