DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1 Tbl yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Hard boil eggs
  • Cut eggs and remove yolk
  • In a medium bowl combine yolk, mayo, mustard and vinegar - salt and pepper to taste
  • Fill egg halves with yolk mixture
  • Chill
