Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt


1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise


2. Scoop out yolks and put in a medium sized mixing bowl


3. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, sour cream,, mustard and salt


4. Mix until smooth and creamy or a little lumpy


5. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture


6. Sprinkle tops with garnishes: parsley, green olive slices, black olive slices, paprika
