Why I Love This Recipe

This is a recipe from my Aunt Laural. It's a favorite with her family, and was a hit at Christmas when I shared it with my family. It's super easy and makes a nice gift.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 T. butter
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 cups pecan halves

(If you don't have onion salt, you can use 1/4 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 tsp. salt. I have added coarse sea salt after the nuts are roasted and cooled.)

Melt butter in skillet.

Add remaining ingredient and stir to coat pecans.

Spread on foil lined pan.

Bake 20 min. at 300 degrees until toasted, stirring occasionally.
