DIABETES CONTROL COOKERY- SAUCES
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 envelope powdered mix for chicken broth
- 3 tblsp. lemon juice or vinegar
- 2 tblsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic glove
- 3/4 tsp.dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Dash of coarse pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. stevia leaf powder
Heat all ingredients in a sauce pan until thickened. Use as a baste. May be used freely.
