DIABETIC ICING
Diabetic Icing
This icing will cover and decorate an 8-inch 2-layer round cake.
I also use this frosting for a special treat for my dog, it is safe for them to eat, too!

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1 pint Whipping Cream
- 1 box Sugar Free Pudding
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese
- 3TBSP Splenda
DIRECTIONS
Whip Whipping Cream in cold bowl until stiff (chill paddle too).
Add softened cream cheese, pudding mix
and Splenda.
Mix on medium speed until well blended.
Can be colored and piped

This recipe is AWESOME!!! It has a lot more body than the similar recipes using Cool Whip. It smooths well and can even hold up for soft flowers. THANKS FOR POSTING!!!
