Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

6 large green onions
2 green pepper
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 carrots
1 10 ounce can mushroom pieces
1 bunch celery
1/2 head cabbage
1 package Lipton onion coup mix
1 boullion cube
1 48 ounce V8 juice or tomato juice
season to taste


Directions

Slice green onions, put in pot and start to saute with cooking spray. Cut green pepper tem end off and cut in half, take seeds and membrane out. Cut pepper into bite size pieces and put in pot. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, put in pot. Clean carrots cut into bite size pieces, put in pot. Slice mushrooms into thick slices and put in pot. If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of cayenne pepper. You can use beef or chicken boullion cubes for seasonings. Use about 12 cups of water or 8 cups of water and either tomato juice or V8. Cover and put heat on medium. Cook for a long time about 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
