DILL TILAPIA WITH FRESH TOMATOES
- 1 lb tilapia filets
- 3 tbs butter
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white cooking wine
- dill weed (to taste)
- cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tomato, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia filets in glass baking dish coated with non stick spray.
In cup or small bowl, melt butter. Add lemon juice and wine to melted butter. Pour over filets. Sprinkle dill and cracked black pepper over filets to taste (I like a lot of dill!) Lay 2-3 tomato slices over each filet. Bake 10 minutes for each inch of thickness.
