Dinner Rolls

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

3 cups warm water
8 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp oil
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fast rise yeast
2 eggs
7-8 cups flour


Mix yeast with 4 cups flour.


In another bowl mix eggs, sugar, oil & water. Add yeast mixture.


Blend well and add remaining flour & salt.


Let rise 15 minutes; punch down.


Let rise another 15 minutes; punch down.


Make rolls. Let rise 1 hour.


Bake @ 350 until golden brown.
