Why I Love This Recipe

A tasty and spicy dip, with the aromas of the Mediterranean, ideal to accompany tsipouro (grape distillate) or beer.


Ingredients You'll Need

10.5 oz melichloro cheese
1 spring onion (finely chopped)
2 green peppers (finely chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
3.2 tbsp olive oil
salt
1/2 tsp whole cumin (roasted and crushed)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chives (finely chopped)
150g lasagna chips with spinach
