INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/4 butter, melted
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 6 oz pkg semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Mix coconut, butter, powdered sugar, and pecans together in a bowl. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place in the refrigerator until chilled. Melt chocolate chips and, using a toothpick, dip each ball into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper and chill until chocolate has hardened.
