- 1 1/4 cups flaked coconut
- 1/4 butter, melted
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- 6 oz pkg semisweet chocolate chips
- Mix coconut, butter, powdered sugar, and pecans together in a bowl. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place in the refrigerator until chilled. Melt chocolate chips and, using a toothpick, dip each ball into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper and chill until chocolate has hardened.
