INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: About 4
  • 5 to 6 lbs fresh salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 sliced lemon

DIRECTIONS

Clean and rinse your salmon as you normally would


Add the other ingredients


Roll tightly in a large piece of cling film and place in the dishwasher


Run your dishwasher on a 45mn, 70°C/160°F cycle
