DIXIE VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4 cup water
  • 2 medium onion(s)
  • 2 medium carrot(s)
  • 1/4 head broccoli
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp San-J Organic Whole Soybean Shoyu Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  • Heat water in large pot. Add onions, carrots and broccoli stems and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add shoyu and peanut butter to soup and cook 5 minutes more. Add broccoli tops and simmer for 3 minutes.
