- 4 cup water
- 2 medium onion(s)
- 2 medium carrot(s)
- 1/4 head broccoli
- 1 1/2 Tbsp San-J Organic Whole Soybean Shoyu Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- Heat water in large pot. Add onions, carrots and broccoli stems and cook for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add shoyu and peanut butter to soup and cook 5 minutes more. Add broccoli tops and simmer for 3 minutes.
