Double Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut
2 cup all purpose biscuit baking mix
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp red colored sugar
1/2 tsp greeen colored sugar
Heat the oven to 375 F
Beat the sweetened condensed milk and the peanut butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Beat in the baking mix and the vanilla
Stir in the peanut butter chips
Stir together the granulated sugar and the colored sugars in a small bowl.
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls
Roll in the sugar
Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets
Flatten slightly using the bottom of a glass.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Do Not Overbake.
Remove to wire racks
Store in a tightly covered container
