Double Raisin Bread Pudding Sauce
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
6 TBS butter
1 large egg beaten
1/2 cup apple juice
In saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve warm over warm or cool pudding.
