Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

3-1/2 lbs. pork ribs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Dr. Pepper soda
2/3 cup barbecue sauce


Directions

Cut ribs into 2 or 3 rib portions and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour soda over. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours until the ribs are tender. Drain liquid and discard.


Pour barbecue sauce into crockpot and mix so ribs are coated. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour until ribs are glazed. 6 servings

they turned out awesome, fall off the bone yumminess, Next time i wont do ribs though I will do a roast, same way..the meat was so tender fall off the bones that I couldnt get them out of the crock pot without it all falling apart lol. SO next time it will be a roast, add the bbq sauce, then shred it all and have pulled pork sandwiches SOO good though, loved it, Thanks so much, Carm
