My mom made a freezer of this for the 4th of July, and it was a hit! You could easily substitute other sodas.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 pints whipping cream
- Dr Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream and pour into a 1 gallon freezer. Top off with Dr Pepper, and freeze according to your freezer's instructions.
