1 Box of Orange Cream Cake Mix
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup of warm water
1 small box of orange jello - dry
Cool cake completely
Mix all the ingredients together, including the dry jello
Pour into a 12 x 9 baking pan
Bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes.
1 8 oz package of cream cheese- softened
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple - drained
1 large box of vanilla pudding - dry
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup of sugar
10 oz cool whip
Blend all ingredients except the cool whip together. After all ingredients are mixed well fold in the cool whip.
After cake is cool, ice the cake and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. It is best to make the cake the day before you need it.

My sister law shared this cake with during a very difficult time while our mother was ill and passed away. the entire family was together and it was a cake that mother loved. The day after she passed my sister law made this cake and the entire family enjoyed sharing stories about "mom, grandma" while sharing the cake.
