- 12 oz diced onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 cups diced celery
- 4 cups crumbled cord bread
- 4 cups toasted (dried and crushed) bread (1 large loaf)
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 eggs
- 12 cups broth
- Saute onion in oleo.
- Mix corn bread and toast. Add celery, onions, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix add broth from turkey. add eggs one at a time, mixing after each egg. Put in a large pan and bake at 300 for about 30 minutes until brown.
