- 2 cups creme fresh-I use Mexican Table Cream
- 2 tsp real vanilla
- 3/4 cup lemon curd
- 2 TBS honey
- 1 tsp lavendar extract
- First, wash your hands. Then put everything in a mixing bowl, mix well and pour over entire fruit salad. With your hands, gently pick up fruit and turn it over until all pieces are coated and dressing is well distributed.
NotesI made this for a "birthday" talking potluck. My Subud group gets together every month on the 4th Saturday and whoever has a birthday in that month gets a half an hour to talk about him/her self. I made a fruit salad for our get-to-gether and put this very easy, very good dressing on it. This fed 15 people, adjust accordingly.
