A delicious risotto enriched with a variety of splendid mushrooms, all growing in Greek forests.


Ingredients You'll Need

14.1 oz Carolina rice
1.4 oz dried lentinulla mushrooms
1.7 oz dried porcini mushrooms
0.7 oz dried morchella mushrooms
1 medium onion
finely chopped
6.4 tbsp extra virgin organic olive oil
6.4 tbsp white wine
3.5 oz butter cut into cubes
5.2 oz gruyere cheese grated
Fleur de Sel
ground black pepper
parsley finely chopped
