2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1 [14 oz] can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C. butter
1 C. flour
Combine first 3 ingredients in medium sauce pan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Stir in flour. (PS...I shut off the heat & added flour gradually)
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. (PS...I used parchment paper or silpat)
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 mins. Cookies will be soft; don’t over bake.
Cool on baking sheet 2 min; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
