Drop Dumplings

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 10
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 2 eggs beaten with 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour

DIRECTIONS

Add salt and enough flour to eggs to make a thick dough


Drop into salted boiling water by teaspoon full


Boil gently about 10 minutes, drain
