DROP DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten with 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour

Directions

  • Add salt and enough flour to eggs to make a thick dough
  • Drop into salted boiling water by teaspoon full
  • Boil gently about 10 minutes, drain
