BackstoryWe usually cook with wine. On Friday night we went to grab the wine bottle and didn't have any. So, we grabbed a bottle of beer and our guests commented on how good the dish was.
- 2 to 5 pounds of skinless Chicken
- 1/2 bottle of beer
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Kosher Salt
- 9x11 glass cooking dish
- Cut the chicken up into 3 to 4 inch pieces. Lay into dish. It is okay to lay the pieces on top of one another. Sprinkle with a little Kosher Salt. Pour Dark Soy Sauce over Chicken. Pour in the 1/2 bottle of beer. What you do with the rest is up to you.
- Put in the oven at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is a nice dark brown.
- You can also add potatoes, carrots, celery. They will all absorb the flavors and taste great.
