INGREDIENTS

  • Equal part of soy sauce and a good whiskey, make enough to cover the steak in a flat dish. Marinate for a few hours and then place on a hot grill.

DIRECTIONS

Equal part of soy sauce and a good whiskey, make enough to cover the steak in a flat dish. Marinate for a few hours and then place on a hot grill. Grill to your likeness.(rare,med.well) Throw out marinade, don't drink it!! PS You can always put some garlic and a small amount of ginger in the sauce if you like.

My husband was gone on a business while he was there and when he got back he was going to make him self a drink and when he took the bottle out of the refrig. it was almost empty. He couldn't believe that I would waste good whiskey on a steak, but when he tasted the meat that night, he understood. We ate alot more beef in those days.

He couldn't believe that I would waste good whiskey on a steak, but when he tasted the meat that night, he understood. We ate alot more beef in those days.
