Ingredients

  • - 8 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • - 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • - 1 tablespoon chili powder (we used a little more)
  • - 1/2 tsp each: ground black pepper, cayenne pepper (we used more), jalapeno seasoning (didn't use this), Old Bay seasoning, thyme, onion powder
  • - we also added some garlic powder
