DUM ALOO

Ingredients

  • • 8-10 Baby Potatoes , Boiled and Peeled
  • • 2 medium Sized Onion ,Chopped
  • • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • • 1-2 tbsp Ghee
  • • ½ cup Yogurt
  • • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • • 2-3 Cloves
  • • 2-3 Black Pepper Corn
  • • Water as required
  • • Few Coriander Leaves ,Chopped
  • • Oil for fry
  • • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a pan to fry potatoes .Prick potatoes with help of a fork and drop them in to the oil to deep fry. Fry till the golden from all sides and drain on an absorbent paper. Keep them aside
  • Step 2: Heat ghee in another pan, add cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper. Cook over a medium heat then add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes till the onion turns golden. Now add ginger – garlic paste. Sauté again
