Dutchess Potatoes

Ingredients

4 whole potatoes
1/2 cup hot milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
2 egg yolks


Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with 1/4 cup milk, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Beat eggs and egg yolks together, then beat in remaining milk. Beat egg mixture into potatoes until fluffy. Serve at once.
