EASIEST MACARONI & CHEESE you Will Ever Make
3 tbsp. butter.
2 1/2 c. RAW macaroni, usually elbow macaroni.
1/4 tsp. pepper.
1 tsp. salt.
1/2 lb. Velveeta (sliced & quartered).
1 qt. milk.
Melt butter in casserole dish; add raw macaroni and stir until well
coated. Add the rest of the ingredients.....Do Not Stir.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
( I also add a little cayenne pepper to add a little zing to the dish
What I do is add some breadcrumbs to the top and let them crisp up
over the last 10-15 minutes, for some additional flavor
