INGREDIENTS
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- dash salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix well and bring to boil over medium heat until mixture looks like cottage cheese. Line a strainer with a cheese cloth. Pour mixture into cloth, tie the cloth and hang it for about 4-5 hours or more.
