melt chocolate, pour into egg moulds. let stand for 15mins then empty out the liquid. let stand for 5mins then face the hollow part facing downwards to form a thick rim. repeat process till you get a fairly thick shell.
now heat a s/s plate over a steamer melt the rims of the egg by swirling it around the surface of the plate do this fast with both halves and stick them together. once that done use a flat head paint brush dipped in melted chocolate and paint the sealing of your egg to get a perfect finishing. let dry deco it a fancy ribbon by tying it at the back. happy easter to all
