Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk, Scalded
1 tsp vanilla


Directions

In a double boiler, combine eggs, sugar and salt. Slowly stir in slightly cooled milk and vanilla. Pour into six 5-ounce custard cups. Set cups in a shallow pan. Pour hot water around them 1-inch deep. Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes until knife inserted off-center


comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled.
