400 ml Martini Rosso
400 ml Martini Bitter
200 ml water
5 sheets gelatine
25 ml red orange juice
Soak the gelatine in water. Mix Martini Rosso, Martini Bitter and water. Heat up a portion of the mix and dissolve the gelatine in it. Add the rest of the mix and stir. Pour into the 1 L iSi Gourmet Whip*. Screw in 2 iSi cream chargers and shake vigorously after each one. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
Fill up half of the glass with the cold red orange juice, and then fill the rest to the top with the Espuma.
