- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 can(15oz) pumpkin
- 3eggs, Beeten
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/3 c water
- 16 ounces container cream cheese frosting
- Line 2 12 muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Stir together cake mix., pumpkin, eggs, oil and water in a large bowl until well blended. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 min.
- Pour batter into muffin cups filling about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 18-22 min or until centers test done. Cool in cans for 10min. Place cupcakes on wire racks to cool completely. Spread frosting over each.
