INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 20 -30 min.

- Preparation Time: 5 min.
- 2 Boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 onion minced
- 1 egg
- 1 14.5 oz. can creamstyle corn
- 2 cups cooking oil
DIRECTIONS
In medium size mixing bowl empty the 2 boxes cornbread mix, add onion, egg, and creamstyle corn. Stir all ingredients until batter is smooth. In electric fryer or stove top heat oil to good frying temperature. Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil. The hushpuppies will form balls by themselves. Cook until golden brown. Turning as you go. Easy, Easy, and taste great.
