  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 vanilla
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 cored, sliced apples
  • Crumble Topping:
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Combine flour mixture to egg mixture. Add sliced apples to batter and mix until combined. Pour apple batter into half muffin pans.
  • Sprinkle crumble topping on each muffin. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Enjoy!


A neighbour gave us a bucket of apples from their backyard. Hmmmm been thinking what to do with these apples. I thought muffins would be a good idea. Enjoy this easiest apple muffins recipe ever.
