Easy Baked Chicken Wings
Chicken Wings - I like 'em cut in two, buffalo style, but your choice
4 tblsp paprika
2 tblsp cumin
2 tblsp chili powder
2 tblsp kosher salt
2 tblsp black pepper
(some people like a sweeter taste; if that's you, add 2 tblsp sugar)
Napkins. Lots of napkins.
Preheat over to 400
Cover a rimmed cookie sheet (jelly roll pan) with tin foil (saves cleanup) or use one of those shallow aluminum lasagna pans fr the supermarket.
Spread chicken wings in one even layer, they can touch but not overlap. If they do, they won't crisp up evenly.
Sprinkle rub on both sides of wings. You don't have to actually rub it in.
Bake wings for about an hour, check at 45 min.
Serve with your favorite hot sauce, bbq sauce, or go all buffalo with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Oh, and those napkins.
