Easy Baked Ziti
1 lb. ziti pasta
3 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cut into half inch cubes, and half thinly sliced
3/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2)Cook and drain pasta.
3)Toss pasta in tomato sauce with cubed mozzarella, half paremesan, and pepper.
4)Transfer to dish.
5)Cover top with sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan.
6)Bake for 30 minutes.
