Easy Beef Casserole
1 - 10 ox pkg frozen peas and carrots
1 can crean of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, & crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine first 5 ingredents in saucepan, simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour half of sauce in a 2 quart casserole.
Top with rice, beef and cheese.
Pour on remaining sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
