EASY BEEF TERIYAKI
Easy Beef Teriyaki
This is easy and good!
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- 1 pound boneless beef sirlion steak, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 bag (about 16 oz) frozen Oriental stir-fry vegetables
- 4 cups hot cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
Slice beef into very thin strips. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and stir-fry until beef is browned and juices evaporate. Add soup, soy sauce and sugar. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add vegetables. Cover and cook 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
