Easy Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Dinner  Pasta  Poultry  Spicy  Stove 

• 1 lb penne pasta
• 1 rotisserie chicken
• 1 jar Alfredo sauce
• 1/2 - 3/4 c Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
• 2 stalks celery
• Shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese mix

Tear or dice chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Slice celery into thin slices on the diagonal; if very wide, cut in half.

Cook pasta to desired tenderness; drain and return to pot.

Pour Alfredo and Buffalo sauces over pasta and stir.

Bring back up to temperature to heat sauces though.

Pour into serving platter, toss with celery and sprinkle cheese over the top.

My family loves Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce. We've taken to making Buffalo Chicken Dip, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, etc. Running short on time one night when my nephew had marching band practice, I threw this together and they loved it!
