Easy Cheese Potatoes
1 pkg (2 pounds) frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
16‐oz sour cream
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, grated
½ cup green pepper, chopped
1 jar (2‐oz) sliced pimentos
2 cups Colby cheese, grated, divided
1 Tbsp Wyler’s chicken flavor instant bouillon
1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 In large bowl, combine all ingredients except ½ cup Colby cheese; mix well.
3 Put in 9‐inch x13‐inch buttered baking dish; bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender.
4 Top with remaining Colby cheese; bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
5 Let stand for 5 minutes.
