Easy Chicken Enchalidas

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

Chicken breast (thinly sliced)
12 flour or corn tortillias (soft taco size if flour)
4 cups mexican cheese
1 small can of diced green chillies
1tbs chilli powder
1 cup sour cream
large can of enchilda sauce


pre-heat oven to 350

Cut Chicken breast into fine slices

cook on stove with a little olive oil until chicken is no longer pink

in large mixing bowl combine 2 cups of cheese, green chillies, chilli powder, sour cream & chicken mix well

spray large baking dish with pam or coat with oil.

dip tortillias in shallow pie dish with 1/4 of the can of enchilada sauce (both sides)

lay in baking dish

spoon enchilada mixture into tortillia and roll up, continue until there's no more mixture or tortillias.

coat the baking dish with the rest of the sauce and cover with the remaining cheese

cover with foil

Cook Time~

place in oven for 30 to 45 mins.

Make sure all cheese is melted.

take out of oven let sit for 5 mins before serving ENJOY!
