Easy Fried Rice
Chopped green onions
Leftover cooked instant rice
Salt and pepper
1. Chop both types of onions but keep them separate.
2. Heat bacon grease in skillet over medium heat; add regular onion and sauté. Add leftover rice and sauté several minutes until fairly crisp. Add green onions and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt and lots of coarse black pepper.
