A very good recipe - light and delicious- it makes about 1 1/4 # baked granola. My husband liked it because it didn't have any added oil like many older recipes do. I have tried this with honey instead of maple syrup, as well as molasses; both worked well in the same amount, although we like the maple syrup best.
Watch the time if your pan has a dark surface to avoid burning. I used 2 jelly roll pans - one light and one dark - took 10 minutes less on the dark pan.
