Easy Jalepeno Chuck Roast
1 beef chuck roast
jar of whole jalepeno peppers, or as many as you can stand
slivers of garlic
water, if needed
Cut some slits in roast and insert garlic slivers. Place beef in crockpot. Dump peppers and all of the juice on top. Crock on low for 12 hours.
For serving, just slice and serve, or shred and make sub sandwiches.
