Easy Lemon Rice Soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup (I use 98% fat free)
1 package of Lipton Creamy Chicken rice
cut up left over chicken, if you have on hand.
Cook rice according to package directions. When the rice is finished, add can of cream of chicken soup and 1-2 cups of chicken broth. (The amount of milk depends on how thick or thin you like your soup.)Add juice of one lemon and a few shakes of the lemon/peper seasoning. If you think it needs more lemon add it. Heat through. Serve and enjoy!
