It is really easy to make and super yummy! If you have left over chicken, this is a great way to use it.


  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (I use 98% fat free)
  • 1 package of Lipton Creamy Chicken rice
  • 1-2 lemons
  • Lemon/pepper seasoning
  • chicken broth
  • cut up left over chicken, if you have on hand.


  • Cook rice according to package directions. When the rice is finished, add can of cream of chicken soup and 1-2 cups of chicken broth. (The amount of milk depends on how thick or thin you like your soup.)Add juice of one lemon and a few shakes of the lemon/peper seasoning. If you think it needs more lemon add it. Heat through. Serve and enjoy!
