EASY MATZOH BALL SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Seltzer
  • 6 Tbs Canola Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Cup Matzoh Meal
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together and put into fridge for an hour. Boil water and roll matzoh mixture into balls, place into
  • water once boiling. Cook on low for 20 minutes. They should float when done. For a heavier matzoh ball
  • add one more cup matzoh meal. For soup broth I put into Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup.

Notes

This is my grandma's recipe, I love sinkers and the prepacked mix is always floaters!
