- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Seltzer
- 6 Tbs Canola Oil
- 1 Tsp Chopped Parsley
- 1 Cup Matzoh Meal
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix ingredients together and put into fridge for an hour. Boil water and roll matzoh mixture into balls, place into
- water once boiling. Cook on low for 20 minutes. They should float when done. For a heavier matzoh ball
- add one more cup matzoh meal. For soup broth I put into Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup.
NotesThis is my grandma's recipe, I love sinkers and the prepacked mix is always floaters!
