EASY PEASY CHOCOLATE MOUSE

INGREDIENTS
- 150g mini marshmallows
- 50g soft butter
- 250g dark chocolate (chopped into little chunks)
- 60ml hot water
- 1x 284ml tub of double cream
- 1x teaspoon of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
put marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy based saucepan
Step 2
put saucepan on a gentle heat, stir occasionally unti mixture is smooth.
Step 3
meanwhile whip the cream with the vanilla until thick, then fold the cream into the cooling chocolate mixtureuntil smooth and a consistant colour.
Step 4
Spoon into 4 glasses or ramekins, then chill until your ready to serve.
i tried this mousse with white chocolate also and it was yummy.
also to make it more adult you could add liquor. cointreau works well with the dark choc, and i used malibu coconut rum with the white choc and it was amazing!!!
