Easy Pepper Steak
1 pkg. Brown gravy mix
3/4 cup water
1 Tbs. Soy sauce
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. Flank or round steak, cut into thin slices
1 Tbs. Oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, cut into thin strips
Combine gravy mix, water, and soy sauce. Set aside. Heat oil in
Skillet. Saute meat 8-10 minutes or until brown. Stir in gravy mixture.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add onion and bell peppers and
Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
